Deciding to switch providers
Kane Group has worked with us to supply our franking machines for over ten years. We recently decided to switch our broadband and telecoms to also have these services through Kane Group. We expected it would be a large project as it would involve working across fifteen sites which at the time all had different telecoms and broadband suppliers.
The support team were fantastic
As expected, we encountered a few issues due to the existing suppliers, but in just a few weeks the new telecoms and broadband systems were up and running. Both the sales and support teams went out of their way to swiftly move all our telecoms and broadband over. Overall, it was a great experience which made the switch over seem like an easy task for the extremely experienced team at Kane.
