We will notify you if we cannot full fill the order for any reason.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for all products and services is due in full before shipment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept the following methods of payment: Bacs, direct debit, standing order, credit card, bank transfer.
Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the invoice.

7. Delivery and Shipping

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout or quotation or email.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible or at agreed time scales which are subject to change.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees.

8. Returns and Cancellations

Products can be returned within 30 days from delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. There maybe a cancellation fee as per sales and service agreements.
Customised or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are subject to our approval.
Restocking fees may apply for certain returned items.

9. Warranties and Liability

All products are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty details will be provided with the product.
