In my role as a Service Technician, I specialise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of postal metering equipment. I love the challenge of troubleshooting complex mechanical and electronic systems.

My post involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing on-site support to customers, and ensuring optimal machine performance. I possess in-depth knowledge of franking machine components and systems, enabling me to efficiently diagnose and resolve problems. Solving puzzles to get machines back up and running is incredibly rewarding.

In my spare time I enjoy long walks with my dog (Barney), eating out with friends and family, listening to music (Punk and rock, hated by my wife!) binge watching T.V. series and I must confess to the love of coffee and doughnuts on my travels between calls!
