Improving efficiency in the workplace
Working with Kane has been incredibly easy. Every member of staff we’ve met has been a pleasure to deal with, and the whole Kane team clearly takes pride in their work and cares about providing a great service to their clients. The amount of time that Jamie and Tom, in particular, invested in understanding our business and our requirements meant that switching our IT over to Kane was far more straightforward than I ever expected.
When it came to actually switching our providers and installing a new system, the professionalism and easy-going nature of the Kane team alleviated a huge amount of stress. No problem was too big for them to solve, and they worked side by side with us for several weeks to ensure the switchover was successful.
Bigger isn’t always better
We aren’t a large company, but our old IT setup was complicated and no longer fit for purpose; the Kane team saw this and suggested a much better, more efficient way of working – at a considerable cost saving to boot.
Our previous provider was a much larger company and we clearly were not important to them. We were paying very high prices for a poor service and encountered no end of problems and IT down-time. They made no effort to suggest different, better, ways of working or to find solutions for the issues we faced. Kane was the antithesis of that!
Providing a better support service
We would have no hesitation in recommending Kane, for all the reasons mentioned above. They have given us a vastly improved IT system, a better support service and saved us money on our monthly bills. How could we not recommend them!
